2. Terms & Conditions and Commercial Sales Policy
A. Nature of Business and Scope
B2B Relationship: By requesting a quote or interacting with our site, you confirm that you are acting as a business entity for wholesale or commercial purposes—not as an individual consumer.
Site Management: Our websites and digital platforms are operated by our Cameroun office and international technical partners. By using our services, you consent to such management.
Pricing: All displayed prices are indicative wholesale prices and do not constitute a final offer.
B. The Quotation and Contract Process
Request for Quote (RFQ): Submitting an RFQ constitutes an inquiry, not a purchase order.
Quotation: Our official quotation represents a firm offer valid for the period stated (typically 30 days). It will detail the final price, volume discounts, packaging, and shipping terms (Incoterms).
Contract Formation: A binding contract is established only upon the execution of a formal Sales Agreement or acceptance of a detailed Purchase Order (PO) by both parties.
C. Payment, Shipping, and International Logistics
Payment Terms: Defined in the Sales Agreement (e.g., T/T Wire Transfer, Letter of Credit).
Incoterms: Shipping logistics and transfer of risk are governed by the Incoterms 2020 rules specified in your Sales Agreement (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF).
D. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Warranties: Products are sold with the original manufacturer’s warranty only. No additional express or implied warranties are provided beyond those stated in the Sales Agreement.
Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim is limited to the net purchase price of the product concerned. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages of any kind.
E. Governing Law & Policy Updates
Governing Law: All transactions and disputes shall be governed by applicable international trade laws and the laws of the jurisdiction stated in the Sales Agreement.
Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update this policy and these terms without prior notice. Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
